Leadership is everywhere or Leadership is nowhere – Dr. Bea

All members of an organization need to think of themselves as leaders of the organization for the organization to operate at peak efficiency. That not is not to say there are no followers. Each person shifts between leading and following as appropriate for the current situation. It is to say that each person is to treat the business as their own. Everyone must have a driving desire for the business to be successful. And a driving desire to support the goals of that have been outlined to achieve that success.

Ralph Waldo Emerson
(1803 - 1882)
American Essayist & Poet

SUCCESS
To laugh often and much;
To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children;
To earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends;
To appreciate beauty, to find the best in others;
To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition;
To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived.
This is to have succeeded.
